Kimberly Lee birthed Your Empowered Lifestyle coaching, teaching ministry and business in 2016 after a barrage of painful life events. These events created an avalanche of chaos resulting in a soul-searching journey to recreate, redefine, and revolutionize her way of being, her life, ministry, and business. YEL has evolved into a vehement passion to serve others who are searching for a way to leave their pain points and courageously arrive at transformative power thoughts that produce freedom in the soul and abundant, intentional, purposeful living!

When Kim is not working she is having fun by making memories with her 3 millennial children and 2 grandchildren. As a part time foodie, you might also find her spontaneously checking out new places to eat around town, taking on a painting class, catching the latest movie or church service on line, blogging, working in her next e-book or simply enjoying the beauty around her. She was asked to jump out of a plane with her brother she is still contemplating the adventure!

Kimberly Lee is a faith- filled, fun-loving, family-oriented provocateur and catalyst of change and the owner of Your Empowered Lifestyle!
Kim has worked in the areas of Finance, Ministry Development, Education and the Non-prot sector all while usually having a side hustle because of a generational entrepreneurial spirit. As speaking engagements for business and ministry began to increase and the natural ability to coach people into breakthrough kept building, Kim decided to take a leap of faith and make Your Empowered Lifestyle an ocial business in late 2018. One commonality among any of those elds she worked in is that where ever Kim was serving or what ever ladder she was climbing she was disrupting status quo and calling for orderly, positive, equitable impactful change in community, family and company culture. Because of this love for breaking through barriers in her personal life personal development is Kim’s passion for herself and those she serves. She is affectionately called Coach Kim wherever she goes. Additionally Kim is invested in improving family, company and community culture by celebrating others, being an inquisitive thought leader in her sphere of influence, and a teacher of biblical, leadership and practical principles resulting in an abundant way of being and living both personally and professionally.
